Terms of service
The terms on which GeoData collects and delivers map data.
Version of 12 September 2026.
Status of this document
This describes the terms on which the service operates. The provider's details — [name, tax number] — will be stated here once registration is complete. Until then terms are agreed directly through the contact form.
What the service does
The service collects publicly available information about businesses within the area you specify: name, address, coordinates, phone, website, opening hours, rating and review count. The source is public maps. Some contact addresses are additionally collected from the businesses' own websites. Addresses that look personal are not included in the export.
Price and payment
Before you place an order the service shows an estimate: how many objects are expected and what that would cost. The estimate is approximate. The final price is based on the number of objects this order actually collected, at the rate shown when it was placed. Objects collected by earlier orders are not charged again and are not part of this order's export. An order runs after it is paid.
How an order is carried out
Orders run in turn. The time depends on the size of the area: from a few minutes to several hours. Progress is visible in your account and in the Telegram app. We tell you when it is ready by email, and by chat message if you linked Telegram. An order can be paused, resumed or cancelled at any point before it finishes.
The result
A finished order is exported as XLSX or CSV from your account and from the Telegram app. The service does not guarantee that a given number of objects will be found in an area: it collects what the public sources hold at the time of the crawl. The estimate shown beforehand is not a commitment. The information reflects the state of those sources on the date of collection and grows stale over time. That date is included in the export.
How you use the data
You use the information you receive on your own responsibility. Sending messages to the collected contacts is governed by advertising and personal-data law, and complying with that is on your side. The data is provided for your own use; reselling it as a product in its own right is not contemplated.
Limits
The service does not guarantee uninterrupted operation: collection depends on public sources being reachable. If an order cannot be carried out it is neither completed nor charged — the reason is shown in your account. An order waiting for a resource can be cancelled.
Changes to these terms
These terms may be updated. The version date is shown at the top of the page. An order already placed is governed by the terms in force when it was placed.
